All evaporative units require an annual service to maintain efficient and reliable operation. Regular servicing also helps to prevent "nasties" growing in the tank and transferring into the home, which can lead to health issues. Servicing generally consists of:

• Consulting with you on recent operation of the unit
• Removal of winter covers (pre-season service)
• Inspecting and testing the unit
• Disinfecting and washing tank
• Back washing of filter pads
• Lubricating of components
• Setting water Levels and bleed off rates
• Assessing wear and tear of filter pads, belts, pumps, fan motors and other components
• Reassembling unit and testing operation
• Fitting of winter covers (end of season service)
• Advising you of any potential maintenance problems and how best to operate the system
